What is BIRTHFIT?
Mission Statement: To cultivate awareness and enhance education throughout the motherhood transition by developing and producing one of a kind BIRTHFIT experiences through in-person classes and distance learning so that the woman has the space to make her own informed, intuitively guided choices.
As a BIRTHFIT Coach. I am able to support mothers in the four founding pillars of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection to the best of my ability, alongside other Regional Directors and Professionals in the Austin, TX area. Very soon, I will offer prenatal and postpartum group classes at CrossFit Austin.
MY BIRTHFIT STORY
As a coach, I am so thrilled and honored to be backed by an organization I respect so greatly.
My own connection to BIRTHFIT began in my first trimester with my son, Cairo, when my husband and I attended the BIRTHFIT Prenatal Series. I was so inspired that I began doing the BIRTHFIT Prenatal Program throughout the remainder of my pregnancy, and I was able to continue training up until two days before he was born. On September 18, 2018, Cairo transitioned Earthside, and I eventually began moving again using the Conscious Core and Postpartum Programs. By embracing BIRTHFIT’s “slow is fast” mentality, I was able to allow myself both grace and space to give my body whatever it needed during those challenging first months.
Now, I wish to pay it forward and support others through group classes and consultations, sharing what I know and allowing space for others to connect. If you’re interested in coaching in any capacity, please reach out to me via my form here.
