In this eight-week basic strength and conditioning series, you'll establish a functional foundation of movements to carry you through your pregnancy. We believe people should embrace proper strength and conditioning training while pregnant, and we provide a safe space for birthing people to explore movement and learn about fitness during pregnancy. In fact, it is the most important time in your life to train and nourish your body.
Working with a BIRTHFIT Coach and connecting with other pregnant people, you'll create intentional movement practices, embody the four BIRTHFIT pillars of fitness, nutrition, mindset, and connection, train the three main metabolic pathways, support your body for your specific journey, and prepare -- both physically and mentally -- for your upcoming labor, birth, and postpartum period.
This class is appropriate for those who are pregnant, ideally starting as soon as they find out they are pregnant. No matter what your fitness level or what your birth plan is, join us to move with intention, cultivate stability in your changing body, and prepare for what's to come!
